Our Experience

We have bought and sold properties under many circumstances. We have solved many problems for people with real estate issues. Simon worked in corporate America for over 16 years in engineering and marketing positions prior to pursuing real estate full time.

Who are we?

Simanda Home Solutions is organized as a Limited Liability Company in California under the name Simanda Investments LLC. We are proud members of the Better Business Bureau.

We have been involved in real estate and other small businesses for over 10 years in San Diego and other states. We own 15 (and growing) houses in San Diego and other states, and we manage a further 25 houses for Investors here in San Diego.

My wife Amanda has lived and worked in San Diego all here life and myself (Simon) has lived in San Diego for over 11 years. We understand the dynamics of the current San Diego and have adapted our real estate systems to fit the current market conditions.

What we do

We buy, lease and sell all types of properties, condo’s, duplexes, triplexes, four-plexes, apartment buildings and Single Family homes. We are not real estate agents we do things a little differently; we have studied real estate for many years have many solutions for your real estate problems. Most agents have one solution – the MLS. we do use the MLS from time to time but we use more aggressive marketing approaches to buy and sell houses.
